Přidáme olej a kvásek z vody a droždí. Vypracujeme hladké těsto, přikryjeme je utěrkou a necháme na teplém místě kynout asi 45 minut.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1727-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Pak těsto propracujeme a vytvarujeme z něj bochník. Na plech s pečicím papírem položíme bochánek a necháme přikrytý utěrkou opět kynout, asi 30 minut.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1727-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Předehřejeme troubu na 225 °C, bochánek na povrchu třikrát nařízneme ostrým nožem, potřeme vodou (nebo rozšlehaným vejcem) a posypeme kmínem.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-1727-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;">Dáme péct do spodní části trouby na 15 minut, potom teplotu snížíme na 200 °C a dopečeme asi 35 minut.</div></li></ul></div></div>
